Service: VolticVPN provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service designed to enhance your online privacy and security by encrypting your internet connection.

No-Log Policy: We operate under a strict "No-Log" policy. We do not monitor, record, or store logs of your browsing activity, IP addresses, connection timestamps, or DNS queries.

Technical Data: We may collect minimal, non-identifiable technical information (e.g., app version, crash reports) solely to maintain and improve service performance.

You agree NOT to use VolticVPN for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Violating local, state, national, or international laws and regulations.
• Distributing viruses, malware, or engaging in Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights (e.g., illegal file sharing or torrenting copyrighted material where prohibited).
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems or networks.
• Harassment, abuse, or any form of fraudulent activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

VolticVPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that exhibit suspicious patterns or violate these terms without prior notice.

Subscriptions: Premium plans are billed on a subscription basis and will renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Billing: Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store).

Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the terms of the platform through which you purchased the subscription.

VolticVPN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
• The connection speeds will be constant, as they depend on global internet infrastructure.
• The service will meet your specific requirements for bypassing all geographical restrictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VolticVPN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted within the app. Your continued use of VolticVPN constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
